General Info
In our second year, Onyx CenterSource has again invited industry customers, partners and thought leaders from across the hospitality spectrum for its FutureSource 2018 Conference. This includes hotel revenue and distribution management leaders, agencies, TMCs and OTAs, as well as GDS and other partners.

Our FutureSource 2018 event will take place at the Omni Frisco Hotel in Frisco, Texas – just north of Dallas-from May 15 to May 17, 2018.
The Opening Session begins at 1 p.m. May 15, 2018.

We recommend you fly into Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). Please allow 25-35 minutes from either airport with minimal traffic. Check-in time at the Omni Frisco is 3 p.m. You may store your bags with the bell stand should you arrive prior to the check-in time.

FutureSource 2018 concludes on May 17, 2018 at 1 p.m. There will be a grab-and-go lunch available.

Registration AND Payment
The registration fee is $299 per person which will be paid within the registration process.

Attendees are responsible for securing transportation (air and ground) to and from the event as well as lodging during the conference.

A discounted nightly rate is available at the Omni Frisco for conference attendees. The negotiated Onyx FutureSource nightly room rate is $209 US plus tax. With tax, the inclusive rate is $236.17 per room per night.

Both hotel reservations and the event registration fee are made via this website; however, they will appear as two separate charges.

Please note that should you select to use a debit card, an immediate deduction will be initiated. For the hotel, this deduction is for the room rate for your entire stay plus tax. It also includes a fee of $75 per night to cover potential incidentals. All unused funds will be credited back to your account upon check-out.
Your statement for the event registration will show Strike Up Your Brand for payment.
You may make changes to your registration record directly on the site until April 2, 2018. After that date, all changes should be emailed to [email protected] .
You may cancel your registration at the hotel without penalty until May 10. After that, cancellation could result in being charged for one-night’s stay plus tax.

The cancellation deadline for your FutureSource 2018 Registration is May 1, 2018.
Travel & Hotel
Taxis, UBER, Lyft and car rentals are available from both airports to the hotel. You are responsible for your own ground transportation.

Your ride from the airport will be about 25-35 minutes. Expect about $45-$60, depending on the service and traffic.

Driving directions may be found [email protected]. On-site valet parking with in-and-out privileges is $24 per day. Day-use parking is $17 per day. There is free self-parking across the street.
Luggage storage is available with the bellstand at the hotel.
Effective 4/13, the Onyx FutureSource negotiated room block closed. You may directly contact the Omni to check availability. Please note that rates are based on current inventory. For those who registered prior to the room block closing and indicated your hotel needs during the registration process, you will receive your room confirmation number in early May via email. Under our room block, the negotiated rate, inclusive of tax is $236.17 per room per night.

Check-in: 3 p.m., Check-out: 12 p.m.
You are welcome to book dates at the hotel outside of the conference. All of these requests are based upon hotel availability. Please email [email protected] to make your request.
Expect average temperatures from highs in the low 80s and lows in the lower 60s, Fahrenheit. Rain is possible.
Texas observes the Central Time Zone, CT.
Attire for FutureSource 2018 is business casual, jackets are optional; however, bring a sweater or wrap in case the meeting room is cool. For our off-site event on Wednesday night, casual dress works best, just no shorts/tank tops.
After submitting your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to all of your answers. Within this email, there will also be a hotel confirmation, if applicable. Prior to the event in May, you will receive an email communication with finalized details, travel information and what to do upon arrival.
